Supervision
The main purpose of staff supervision and appraisal training involves an objective and systematic review of the performance, potential and development needs of individuals and should be carried out on a regular basis. This course will provide an opportunity for line managers, supervisors and staff to look at past performance and plan future targets and development needs.
